Pros

The overall work culture is good. As freshers, you will be able to learn diverse technologies. The work life balance is decent. You get good salary as beginners.

Cons

For senior level employees there is not much scope to learn, the work load is not well distributed, which ends up becoming over burdening for them at times. Lack of transparency & autocratic leadership creates an unhealthy environment.
