Access to WFH but frowned upon if you are not in the office
Cons
Company culture needs an entire revamping and the toxic environment starts from the top. They have zero respect for the employees who were there during the grind - literally every initial employee is gone from the company minus a few Leadership is surrounding themselves with "yes-men" to boost ego. Too much paranoia from the C-level Also it appears only the male employees are paid a normal wage for their positions.
