Pros

Good management, benefits, work life balance. Managers have your back and are supportive. Good family feel. Cultural values are spot on. Great place to work as long as career growth and salary keeping up with inflation are not high on your priorities.

Cons

Salaries are on the lower side and once the range is maxed out in a few years, there is no room to grow. Annual raises (merit plus COLA) after upper range is maxed out do not keep up with inflation and are less than federal COLA standards. Bonuses are pretty small.

Great focus on supporting training and certifications. Some training was conducted in-house by 3rd party trainers that presented to large groups. Some support was in the form of paying for time or cost of specialized training.

Cons

Great people, but like anywhere the best assignments happen when you have good relationships with management. Overall a fantastic experience with motivated and professional consultants.
