1) Management expects employees to be perfect, which is impossible they also know, then only if employee makes a single mistake, Management shouts on him/her loudly in an unprofessional manner in front of all employees which leads to an embarrassment for that respective employee. 2) other employees from Accounts and stores department behaves with other employees like they are the owner of the company as they are working since company started. interferes in every colleagues work. play politics 3) each and every employee have too much of workload and compare to that they get less salary. 4) Management treat their employees as their slaves and not employees, expects that employees must do their personal work also in between the office work. 5) Management doesn't understand that they are growing because of their capable employees. still do not value employees, insults them in every single mistake. 6) do not give F&F on time. 7) HRs gets frustrate and leave company in 5-6 months, in front of me 6 HR changed in 2 years. very Bad for HRs
