They Provide work from client location, which is mostly HSBC, which is a better client to work with and gain lot of knowledge. But when it comes to work life balance, u will only work and miss your life.
Cons
So better do not fall for such a fraud company, which just plays with every employee, no proper offer for the hard work you put in, no proper policies which just changes without any notice, they put in any random rule and ask us to follow and if we question back, they say it's a policy.
Don't ever work with such clients, who can't provide a work life balance
