On the other hand, we take your concerns regarding management, internal mobility, and training plans seriously. Career development has been our top priority for the past months, and we have several initiatives in progress. These include the development of a Learning Management System (LMS) and a specific focus on promoting internal mobility. We've already seen inspiring success stories from Shippians who have benefited from the latter initiatives.
