      Workload is not alot and it's quite chill

      Cons

      Low pay, toxic culture, alot of politics and gossips. if u want a chill workload but is okay with the low pay and very toxic environment.

      Pros

      Good place to start if one has no experience. Some of the expats are really nice and caring and wants the best for their staff

      Cons

      HR does not follow the rules of confidentiality, ie goes around revealing sensitive information. Differential treatment depending on nationality. Promotion is largely based on age and not capability - will get passed over for promotion if you have someone in the same team who is older than you.
