      Run like hotel - employees treated like hotel staff

      Feeling like hotel staff Today one come, tomorrow they go HR is coming from hotel without experience to run tech company managers not qualified to people manage - no training or respectful because of culture, they are also treated like that by their managers and learning the same. always coming late or cancelling one on one with employees. if you ask what plan they have for you, always finding fault in what you did even if for same thing they said good job before.

      You can learn technically. Generally friendly kind of people. Open for proactivity. Flexible working hours. Respects to personal space and good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Very poor feedback culture, Management don't care about employees and their career growth, they just care about performance and stastistics. If you are a junior, you can be junior for 10 years, no body will mind, if you don't mind :) There is no set rules for getting promoted, it all depends on how much your manager likes you. There is no defined range of salary for postions. Mid-seniors can be paid more than Seniors. Mostly, in order to get a salary rise, you need to threaten the company by resigning, otherwise you %100 get rejected.

      Not a lot to say that was positive.

      Cons

      Don’t understand why companies promote employees with bad behavior. In this day in age you would think this behavior would stop and be handled. A hostile work environment and talking about each other was accepted along with saying whatever about woman was ok.
