Company is becoming commercialised due to rapid expansion, the school motto is no longer to promote heart education.

Pros

Teaching was fun and rewarding, the method really works and has benefitted the students. Work load is manageable so long you are just a teaching instructor.

Cons

Poor employees welfare and poor management. The company does nothing constructive and is full of unrealistic and demotivating plans. Company is also lack of direction.
