You actually get to work on AI features that go into production, not just internal demos. There’s responsibility early on, which can be challenging but helps you learn faster. Work is practical and delivery-focused. If you like hands-on experience and figuring things out on real projects, it’s a solid place to grow

Works can be so much sometimes that we do not have time to rest they need more workers as ai developer
