      Pros

      Some of the most enthusiastic colleges you will ever have. Depending on team the managers are pretty decent. Some of the perks are neat.

      Cons

      oh lord. The whole feedback culture they got going on is pretty silly. You can and will be fired if you receive poor feedback. They give little to no time to improve, so likely, if you get proper feedback, expect to see the door out not too long after. They have begun cutting a lot of the benefits that make them a unique place to work, if it keeps going they won't have any benefits left to offer you.
