Pros
Great team and well structured company. The work-life balance is something really importante to me, and working in a startup is not always easy to have it. But in Sesterce it's totally different.
Cons
The only thing is that, from a remote-work perspective, sometimes I feel that the current main company objective is not too clear. Like, it took a few days to be aligned with the current main goal.
