Pros
If you get to understand their product then you got yourself a secured job like a government job. No one will fire you from there. This is the only pro I can tell as per my experience working there. And there is another pro which is the people working with you there are pretty good. Not all of them but some of them will help you out in bad situations, Bad situations which you gonna face almost everyday.
Cons
Let's see how many are there - Bad salary - Bad management - strict timings - over expectations (for example they want things should be done in a day which will take a month or 2 to be finished. - aane ka time fix hai jane ka nhi bro ( 10 baje office aana hi aana hai aapko lekin jane k time to aap raat k 12 baje b ja sakte ho ya probably 4 of dawn or 6 in the morning or not at all. Continue with the 2nd day there in the office.) - I'm sure there were other cons too but right now I can't think ot anything as it's been 8-9 month leaving that place. So if you are going to choose that place then this should be your last option, I repeat this should be your last option.
