Pros

Lots of challenges, overall great product and engineering team

Cons

Owner is a self-centred guy with complete lack of social skills. The onboarding process took half an hour after which you are left alone with any task that might be thrown your way. The tasks are ill defined, bordering on two sentences description. Lack of company culture, every man for himself. There are lots of red flags from the beginning - about a dozen of "contributors" to the main repository, who suddenly disappear after a month. Total lack of respect for the employees. Disregarding any form of work / life balance.
