Corporate Nightmare

Pros

Two years ago, I thought I'd found a company that actually cared about its employees. Flexible hours, a supportive atmosphere. But apparently, the management decided to take a page out of the "How to Ruin a Company" handbook. what a sh*t show! They should fire that corporate incompetent person responsible for these disastrous policies if they want to save the company.

Cons

Got good-for-nothing managers whose only job is to do politics in this so called no politics free office while management and HR always supports these worst kinds of sad bullies. Pays are always delayed. Bonuses and increments are based on favoritism. Good employees are rewarded with more work, while lazy employees are recognized with bonuses and promotions You can only grow in this company if you are related to the CTO or CEO.

No words for them

Pros

Nothing The owners (CTO & CEO) do not give a damn, but only a small percentage of the staff are kind and regard one another like family. I have nothing to say about HR; I just find them funny because they lack the experience too, Simply put, do not believe anything they say.

Cons

The company has several concerning practices that impact both employees and clients. - Misleading Clients: The company misleads clients with false information and fake progress updates. - Overcharging Clients: Clients are unjustly overcharged. Manipulating Work Hours: Fake timers are used to manipulate work hours and progress. - Presenting Fake Developers: The company showcases developers who are not actually working. For example, they claim to have four developers for a project but only one is actually working. - Toxic Work Environment: Employees are mistreated, leading to a toxic work culture. - Illegal Tax Practices: Taxes are deducted from employees’ salaries but are not remitted to the government, which is illegal. - Poor Food Allowance: Employees are charged 4,000 for a food allowance, but the quality and quantity of the food are very poor. For example, on chicken days, they only receive one small piece of chicken with watery gravy. - Misleading Food Allowance Claim: The company claims that the food allowance is shared equally between the employee and employer, totaling 8,000, but only 4,000 is deducted from employees, and the food provided is still subpar. - Delayed Salaries: Salaries are often delayed, and employees are unsure when they will be paid. - Lack of Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to work even during family emergencies, showing a lack of concern for personal time. - Employee Dependence: Many employees stay at the company because they feel compelled to do so due to family dependence, even though they want to leave. - Stagnant Career Growth: Employees often remain stuck for over five years with little experience, no learning opportunities, and no clear career goals. I feel there’s much more to say, but the words I want to use are too hurtful. All I can do is pray that Allah guides the owners, as their actions are likely to lead to the company's downfall. If that happens, employees will be left jobless, as many lack the experience to find other opportunities.

Pros

- Flexible Timing - Other than pay, there are absolutely zero benefits

Cons

- Pay is always delayed - You are only valuable in this office if you are connected to CTO or CEO otherwise, there is no job security - Unethical and toxic CEO, CTO & managers who think they are so clever and can fool the employees - There is more nepotism and favoritism in this office than in Bollywood. Nobody in the office can touch the nepos - Rude management & HR - Clear and transparent communication is a foreign concept here - Increments & bonuses are not good
