      Reasonable pay, particularly in the summer (gratuity dependent income), clean/ professional work environment

      Cons

      Inconsistent pay (particularly in the winter), business has been diminished by COVID-19 as the restaurant was heavily dependent on events to bring in customers, management- while capable- is secretive when making important decisions
