Pros

Healthy business. Cool technology. Great people.

Cons

Culture died, when we got bought by JCI/Tyco. JCI was never interested in investing in the business that it owned, for 5-6 years went on that way. Hopefully new buyer will put new life into this company, a lot of unknowns.

Pros

Few & far between these days. There’s a handful of employees who are good but victims of circumstance.

Cons

Everyone knows Sensormatic is poorly managed & ran, with the wrong focus, a bloated & Inefficient corporate org. chart, & usually bad leaders that focus more on politics than doing what’s right for the business. They’re not up for sale as of 7/2022 because they’re doing well or have great leaders. Sad to say, just ask around & you’ll hear similar feedback. Legacy solutions with a lack of will to innovate, paired with an incredible amount of red tape & politics to do anything meaningful, & you have a dying company.
