Pros

Working as a backend developer at SenseTime was one of the fastest-growing periods in my career. The team was super professional and supportive, with clear communication and a strong sense of ownership. I got to work on several core modules, from design to implementation, which really improved my coding skills and helped me learn how to collaborate effectively across teams. The projects moved fast and were challenging, but also gave me exposure to cutting-edge tech and real-world business scenarios. Overall, the experience gave me a solid foundation in backend development and a much deeper understanding of engineering quality and system stability.

Cons

Worked on high-performance backend systems powering AI-driven products. Took part in designing and building core service modules, improving system stability and scalability. Gained hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Redis, and microservices architecture in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
