Pros

- enjoyable team, there's a good atmosphere in the office. - Tech is decent - Good work flexibility, equipment.

Cons

- Founders have enough knowledge of the tech and the healthcare industry but lack on management skills. - Tech team is imposed ways of working wether you agree or not, my feedback wasn't listened, I was having a lot of trouble with tasks as I had to rebase my branch with the development branch everyday and I wasn't allowed to just do a single merge commit, yeah is like that. - I was fired in the middle of the pandemic without any warning or intent to address the issues mentioned above. - Tech team would not listen to reasonable pushbacks on development and cannot flex around technical constrains. I.E. when a task seems more complicated than when initially planned, there is not a re-planning on it and you need to adjust to the initial requirements, worst of all tickets were not written at all and there were no specifications and that made debugging and finish all your tasks incredibly difficult, giving problems for everyone else in the team and the flow of delivery. - I felt that my feelings about team flaws were shared with more people and there were not intents to address them, possibly from lack of communication and fear of management.

Pros

Not even considering working there in the first place

Cons

The tryout definition of a toxic culture. Bullying and intimating their staff. They should definitely be investigated. Miss handling of personal data.

As a company holding sensitive & medical data, ethics and data protection are at the forefront of our priorities. We have investigated this review internally and have concluded it is unfounded. We are also confident that it has not been posted by a current employee. We have a dedicated policy explaining how to raise concerns and named points of contact to ensure they are addressed promptly and diligently. Any employee can reach out directly to any manager, our Co-Founders, Head of Compliance, VP of People or choose to take one of the several anonymous avenues available to raise concerns (and we are confident they would!).
