Camaraderie between peers, everyone looked out for each other’s interest to help you become successful or better at your job.
Cons
All those peers were laid off three weeks after a promise that there was enough in the budget to keep the org floating for 12 more months without external funding. They tell you their product is the only one if it’s kind, and it is. No one wants it. When they do they want to cancel their annual subscription 30 days in. The company is in a downward spiral and they think a “restructure” is going to change it when it’s exactly the same product under a new name.
