There is insecurity (despite management stating in meetings that 'no one will lose jobs', whole departments have been shutdown, and not replaced. We are segmented from other companies within the 'parent company goup', yet more and more group projects are occurring, that mean greater involvement between companies, which work completely differently, so there are constantly communication and transparency issues.
Many staff members have been here a long time, and not flexible to changes, stick to old processes, and this causes confusion to new staff who ask for help and get conflicting information.
