      - End of year bonus with 30 days paid. - Good medical insurance - Mostly nice people everywhere.

      Cons

      - You won't get a rise in salary for too many years, and with the economic situation in Mexico this is the same as earning less and less money each year. - No growing opportunities in position or intellectually. - If your are late more than 3 times in a month you won't get paid each additional day and still you'll have to work as usual. Even when there is heavy rain and you live more than 2 hours away.
