Toxic environment and poor engineering

You will leave this company a worse developer than when you joined! Toxic culture from poor leadership. During meetings, the CTO is condescending, arrogant, and outright rude to everyone. Attempts by the company to address this negative feedback resulted in minimal change, with eye-rolling, excessive sighing, and other blatant physical reactions being common. Meetings are counterproductive, and feedback is pointless. There is a lack of seniority and experience in the engineering department. There are some experienced engineers in the team, but the entire department is hindered by poor leadership, distrust, and micromanagement. Tech is not prioritized nor valued at this company. The team does not trust the leadership and avoids communicating through company applications. This has resulted in segregated communication channels for individuals making it difficult for new joiners and creating cliques within the team.
