- Great culture. Supportive and friendly people. - Decent pay rises with promotions. - Steep learning curve and plenty of oppurtunity for developing in areas of interest.

Cons

- Somewhat limited progression apart from management track. - Management are all very young and inexperience shows sometimes. - Lack of synergy between departments and senior management team.
