The staff at SecureGive are genuinely good people. The work environment is relaxed, and flexible. People don't often understand the value of this kind of environment until they no longer have it. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The upper echelons of the organization are all involved very heavily in their local church - as are most of the staff - which is encouraging considering the organization's mission. If you bring value to this team, then they are happy to accommodate your personal life and needs.
Cons
The organization really focuses on being a team, but the lack of leadership and clearly defined roles in this environment negatively affects productivity. There isn't much room to move "up".
