Pros
I've had the pleasure of working out of both the coding office in Redmond and the UX/UI offices in Bellevue and just absolutely love this company.
The Bellevue office has a laid back atmosphere and is decorated in 80s, and 90s Americana like a Route 66 sign, Jimi Hendrix and other musical memorabilia. They even have an original Burgermaster menu, neon signs and lava lamps. The Bellevue office draws many techies from Amazon, Google and Microsoft who mostly appear to hang out at the office. I miss those Fridays when the boss would cram 20 of us in the old 65 Volkswagen bus and take all of us out for breakfast. Commissions on developments were always paid before they were due.
Great company to work for.
Cons
The coding den in Redmond is a little more strict because of time/contract restraints, as they are often crunched for deadlines.
