      - On time salary - Provides food and accommodation

      - Extremely racist - Management with no vision on quality improvement - Zero respect for Engineers - Location: In the middle of nowhere - No other benefits or activities outside of work - Zero Work/Life Balance - Very high attrition rate of Engineers
