Pros

Supportive people, good culture, good benefits, nice management, targets slightly more forgiving than RBC DS.

Cons

Feast or famine, you're given a phone and a laptop, and told to go bring in business. Low salary to start.

Pros

Really good benefits and great people to work with. This could be very team dependent, but if you’re on a good advising team then it’s a great job

Cons

Base salary isn’t great and incentive is up to advisors so your pay can fluctuate. No remote work option for most roles. Office itself doesn’t offer much compared to other companies.
