Pros

- Company's benefits which includes pension; if you stick around for a while you can actually be left with a sizable pension account - Culture

Cons

- Base salaries were quite low so you definitely need to have an Advisor who is willing to pay a good override in order to keep up with living expenses - Technology was so-so, need more investment

Pros

Really good benefits and great people to work with. This could be very team dependent, but if you’re on a good advising team then it’s a great job

Cons

Base salary isn’t great and incentive is up to advisors so your pay can fluctuate. No remote work option for most roles. Office itself doesn’t offer much compared to other companies.

Pros

- learning opportunities to advance into an advisors team - working for the Bank kind of security - Benefits (Dental/ insurances) -paid sick leave

Cons

- salary is one of the lowest I have every seen as they haven't updated their salary levels as you'll get easily 10k more at any investment firm - advisors are not fun to deal with - there is no sense of community or support
