Pros

The one thing they had going for them was the remote schedule, and now they are transitioning everybody to in person.

Cons

Lack of support, no real training, it’s a bit of a cluster mess, seems like everyone is kind of lost. No real management. Pay is low and they don’t do bonuses or reviews.

Management was incredibly unorganized- they constantly changed processes and communicated expectations and procedural changes very poorly. The pay was good but they added more and more job responsibilities without providing the support or infrastructure to adequately perform basic job duties, and reprimanded people for being unable to keep up with the overwhelming workload.
