      People are great, little room for advancement

      Pros

      The people here are great to work with and the culture is good too. It is a work hard play hard attitude, although it has since turned a bit more corporate because of our recent acquisition.

      Cons

      Little to no room for advancement for most (nepotism runs high). Longevity is rarely rewarded. A good resume builder but not ideal for a long term career.

      Good pay, good people, just okay management

      Pros

      Work with a lot of great people. Good base pay in addition to really good commission percentages.

      Cons

      As the company gets bigger and bigger since the acquisition through Vector Solutions, they care far more about tripling profits and much less about the happiness of their employees. They went from a small hometown company in which every employee was genuinely happy to a classic cocky multi-million dollar corporation.

      Nepotism is big here. Upper management lacking, yet arrogant. Salaries are on the low end.
