1. Very very bad politics driven by few existing people in the organization which circulated to very one. 2. If you are an experienced candidate, these guys got to know about your potential and caliber, your day to end your job start from there. 3. No Ethics inside the organization and if you see the politics you will be surprised that Indian politicians are even very good. 4. They are not a Product Base company, it is an internal development company. While interview, they would say may positive notes, but after a week of joining you would get to know what the reality is. 5. Even executive level employees cannot sustain here more than 6 months due to politics. There are lot to write as a Cons review about this company and the space is not enough for the same. Only advise is PLEASE DO NOT JOIN WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. This is a sincere request.

- Don't have good management - Don't provide training, knowladge transfer. - BA/PM having high attitude, never share anyhting with you, they think they are very smart and they knows everything. - Managers also have high attitude, only few, Some become managers easily and they don't know anything, they just do the timepass and take Jrs. review from other members. There is big communication gap here. - If you want to waste your time and want to do some timepass (for 6 months) then you can join this company. - After all this they will unclear your probation and tell you directly after 6 months, before that they will not open their mouth. - No benefits for employee here. - You have to work on weekends and nights, because requirement changes everyday, and Managment don't know what they want. - You will ruine your career if you join this company, so request you guys don't spoil your life
