      One Designer work on plenty projects at same time. Opportunity to learn with 60 work hours per week. Multi-task, toxic, fake career path and promises.

      Cons

      heavy work load, uncompensated overtime, bad manager with low technical knowledge. Eliminate the lowest performers, all time blaming and flaming, report daily even hourly.
