Pros

Being the "co-creator of the NPS methodology" means there is good pipeline and lead flow. Benefits start day 1, although the plans offered are expensive. A WORD TO THE WISE: Notice the positive reviews here are mostly very recent and from very new employees. HR and Management have ASKED employees to post these (sometimes offering compensation to those that comply), to balance out the poor (and truthful) reviews.

Cons

Sigh, where to start... When I started at Satmetrix a few years ago the company was in an exciting place, doing great things, and people were passionate about their jobs and the difference that we were trying to make in the VOC market. Today, none of that remains true. If you're familiar with the NPS methodology, you know that it's about creating long time customers and good rapport, what are called "promoters." Unfortunately, the very creators of this idea just can't create any promoters for their own brand. Most clients have left like they're running from a burning building in the past several months, and the top employees are following right behind. The Satmetrix product is on the brink of disaster. Product Development and Management have put all of their time and effort into a new product that they are hoping to release soon, yet they have been touting in the market for over two years. IT IS STILL NOT READY. That said, all of the current clients, that are paying for the original product, are unhappy and the product is basically broken. Instead of fixing the main product, management teams have continued to focus on a new product instead. As a front line employee, you can imagine the frustration this causes when the majority of the customers you talk with are enraged at paying for something that doesn't provide the promised functionality. In the first half of 2014 there was a massive management shift. Many executives quit or were fired and eventually replaced by inexperienced, self promoting people in over their heads. These new executives were hell bent on bringing the business back to the "west coast, for a better culture." They closed remote offices and laid off may long time, hard working, proven employees just to centralize their teams in CA and London. The time that I did spend in the California office was fairly unproductive as the "open working space" doesn't allow for successful client calls and presentations. I understand wanting to create an "open office feel" and team collaboration, but cubicles that offer SOME acoustic privacy would be a plus.

Pros

There are a couple good people still left, but other than that, there isn't much good happening here.

Cons

Management is an absolute joke. How can a company be around for over 15 years with the same CEO and nothing to show for it. If you ask me, that's a failure. Churning through customers and employees. They don't care about the employees one bit and consider them expendable.

Pros

Flexible work hours, office near whole foods..now shifted....India office location is also good

Cons

1. Product is not stable 2. Sales team sells the product with over expectations with the client 3. Product releases are a complete change over from the existing product 4. Sales targets are so high that achieving 30% is reasonable! 5. Consistent interventions from the top management in product outlook
