Pros

the company offers a lot of opportunity for new graduates to start their career in financial industry, Employees will get hand on mentorship and technical training course during onboarding. Also have great health benefit and personal spending account benefit. Lastly, it also provides rapid career growth normally around 1 to 3 years. Employees might take on leadership roles earlier in your career.

Cons

Employees will need to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities which will lead to working longer hours.

Pros

A rare consulting firm that is seriously committed to keeping WLB and will have your back in dealing with difficult clients. When working on long hours, management will proactively offer recovery time and arrange coverage so you can take time off. Extremely smart and collegial colleagues with strong drive to grow. Very pleasant and rewarding place to work in. Pay is higher than Big 4. Strong meritocratic culture that rewards outperformers, including fast track promotion.

Cons

Ramping up can be a challenge for new hires. Need to have clearer definition of essential skill sets for the job and development milestones especially when transitioning roles.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a group of smart and dedicated people driven by their desire to help clients, to learn new things, and to solve problems. The work at Sapling is fast-paced but we are a supportive team that understands sometime priorities change and we need to respond to our clients' needs.

Pros

None. Literally none except WFH in the pandemic

Cons

Long hours, awful people leadership. Lack of flexibility and no regard for a work life balance. Count every minute you’re at work and every minute you’re away, expect substantial amount of work from you while promising clients they will complete it substantially less time, meaning your hours are not even billed at times. Expect to work weekends and not have a social life.

Pros

Appreciate the work-life balance and the supportive culture at here. The company offers various training courses tailored to individual needs, fostering continuous development. It's a flat organization, which makes it easy to connect with anyone on the team. Everyone is approachable and eager to help and teach you along the way. and it's small-medium size companies, As a small to medium-sized company, there are also more opportunities to be creative in solving problems for clients.

Cons

Long working hours, although they are still much shorter compared to typical financial services companies.
