      Pros

      Good pay, caring for employees, diversity and inclusion. Great benefits, cool team activities, and a nice and comfortable working environment.

      Cons

      Communication was sometimes lacking on the rare occasion, at times it was unclear on who to consult for specific challenges. This is really nit-picky though, I really loved working for this company.

      Pros

      I am a "glass half full" kind of person. But I can only think of one reason to work here: you are 22-25, work in the NYC office, and care more about having beer in the fridge than proprietary tech, supportive management or career growth.

      Cons

      when you read the positive reviews (all anonymous, in no specific division) ask yourself who may be really posting. Not only have these ppl not learned about the detrimental arrogance of execs during the dot com bust, but they revel in their cronyism. Far too many internal processes that never allow you to even do your job. I am not a bitter employee. Just want to warn others to stay far away. Make sure you research how many ppl from all divisions have left in the last 6 months. That does not happen at companies that have a healthy culture.

      Not likely to IPO or be around for too much longer

      Pros

      Nice office with a young friendly environment, that encourages one to work extra hard. Aggressive growth across North America and the EMEA market.

      Cons

      Burning through VC money without sustainable growth, or any real strategy. The product has a lot of gaps, and the engineering team experiences a very high turn-over which leads to poor written code with LOTS of patches.
