Pros
You get to work on projects for big names, which could look good on your resume if you sell it right. You also don't have to pay for cable, because Sagepath provides 8+ hours of hilarious office dramas with a crazy cast of characters every Monday through Friday.
Cons
...unfortunately, you are required to be a part of said drama. The culture might be enjoyable if you're a young Buckhead "professional" who needs the job to fund their life of TV-esque hedonism, but if you are seeking legitimate professional growth, I suggest you turn around and run the other way. This place will advertise the myriad technologies you will get to use, with my interviewer even telling me, "If you don't like what you're working on, wait a week!" (aka, you won't learn anything about the development life-cycle because all we get is mundane work from other companies), they'll show you the nerf guns they proudly display in the open office (aka, the oldest trick in the book for luring in unsuspecting recent grads), and they'll force you to endure noisy and inane conversations every day, most of which will inevitably devolve into shouting matches. Gossip and general disparagement are common here, meetings are inefficient and unprofessional as can be, and if you're a woman, you will receive a lot of unwanted attention. You can probably squeeze industry standard compensation out of them if you try, but they WILL try to undercut you. Demand more than you think you deserve, and if they refuse, consider it a bullet dodged.
