Pros
It’s an amazing place because of the amazing people. Everyone, and I mean everyone, puts in the effort to make this a great place to work. We promote this as a no drama workplace where we can all come together to work hard, feel valued and appreciated, do great work that we can be proud of, and enjoy each other while we’re doing it.
We get after it! We perform at a level that impresses our customers and we feel good about what we’re doing. It makes a difference knowing you’re top tier, knowing your team members are rowing just as hard as you, and that customers want to keep coming back because of your effort.
We’re growing! Just looking across our office, there are lots and lots of faces that started in one position and promoted to another. Not every position is/can be filled internally, but we try hard to promote from within first. There are opportunities to move up and the number of promotions shows it to be true.
The culture! Did I mention the people!? It’s a place that we all feel is like no other. Open, honest, transparent, real….these descriptions apply to all of our team members from the newest to the longest tenured, from a temp employee to all levels of management. It’s amazing how we don’t care about titles, we just care about each person contributing in their role so we’re all successful together. And we have fun doing it. I’ve been here over 10 years and I still love coming to work every day. I’m grateful for that as I realize most employees can’t say that.
Cons
Sorry, I honestly don’t have much here and I’m not taking a pass. There just aren’t many cons here. I wish we had free beer Fridays but that would probably impact our business in a non-positive way. I wish the company could eliminate our commutes but that is asking a bit much. Ah, I’ve got one. We need more parking. We’re growing and the parking isn’t ideal. More parking or possibly one of those airport people conveyors! That’s all I’ve got. I love this place and when I read a couple of the negative reviews, I know where that came from and it’s a completely inaccurate depiction of our workplace. Drop in and check us out for yourself. Ask anyone. You’ll immediately feel the good vibe.
