Pros

Pay benefits time off work

Cons

Favoritism at its finest. If you aren’t one of the cool kids they don’t care about you. The company cared more about the lab expansion during a pandemic for business they didn’t have than they did to keep their employees employed. They haven’t had reviews and raises since 2019 cuz all the money went on the expansion but let them tell it is due to the pandemic but they have money to expand the lab. They have done lots of layoffs and have done them with no class. They make you feel embarrassed by escorting you out the building like you were fired.

It’s true that we expanded our telecom lab to handle the increase in test and repair volume. Unfortunately, growth in one area does not mean growth in all areas. The Company funded the lab expansion internally without any COVID PPP loans that the government issued to so many other companies. The Company ended 2020 with more staff than we started the year, but unfortunately growth was uneven and some necessary reductions were also made. I am disheartened to read about your feedback regarding Curtis as he is one of the most caring people I know and a strong advocate for his employees. I’d like to understand more about your comments and would appreciate the opportunity to address this directly with you are willing – I’m always open to honest feedback.

Poor communication from leadership, especially during organizational changes and layoffs. Lack of transparency around business stability and program direction created uncertainty for employees.
