Great work place but not the HR team

Pros
They do have great Compliance team where they have a Manager who is always willing to listen. And the company Director are the best, they would mingle around with everyone like a friend.
Cons
Had worked for almost 4 years. The Cons would only be the HR team where they are always slow in doing everything.
