Poor.

Pros

Small company. Freedom of expression. Good intentions. Potential, based on the business type and large need for it.

Cons

Small company. Freedom of expression. Old equipment. Old systems. Old ways. Owner claims he's all for change and growth but creates workarounds everywhere and calls it "streamlining"; he's a pretentious micromanager who's condescending to staff and sometimes even customers; he has random episodes of hyperfocusing on (and dragging out) low priorities and irrelevant details; he refuses to invest in his own company to properly scale growth. A company is only as good as its owner, and in this case, its potential is limited. And yes, as other reviews mention, the interview process is a joke.

Pros

good if you are just starting off fresh with no experience and looking to gain some phone/customer service skills.

Cons

high turn over rate, no way to move up, working for a weird boss that is constantly negative. Area is sketchy with car break ins.

Pros

Employees are hard-working, kind and loyal.

Cons

The owner of the company is a micro-manager and a cheapskate. Employee loyalty means nothing to him. Employee encouragement is non-existent. Expect 5 hour long phone calls that focus on navigating a decade old CRM while ignoring the important things.
