      Fun company get togethers Great peer support Compassionate towards life events

      Cons

      Unbearable micro-managing Frustrating derailments of progress because the owner didn't think of the ideas first, so he has to re-invent it. Expectation to do work that's not your own for long periods of time without compensation or acknowledgment. Frequent belittlement of skills and professional worth. Also, don't tell your employees to get on GlassDoor and make positive 5 star reviews for you. It's beyond unethical. Any 5 star you see here is fake.

      Flexible schedule and remote job.

      Cons

      CEO's expectations were ridiculous. Low-paying "draw" contract with promise of big money if I hit targets, but CEO micromanaged every part of the process. Basically wanted to hire lead generation folks and then use that to sell on his own. Would not recommend.
