Pros

Travel opportunities. (Mostly) impressive clients.

Cons

Sutton has so many serious issues it's hard to know where to start. The way they treat staff is bordering on abusive. Everyone is overworked and stressed to the point of harming their mental and physical health. Senior management are either obsessed with profit margins or unqualified for their jobs. They have zero respect for junior staff and treat them as disposable. Almost everyone with a shred of passion or creativity has been pressured out of the company. The clients suffer as a result of this, with staff stretched too thin and very demoralized.

RUN AWAY, AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Pros

The only two true pro is their high-caliber clients.

Cons

Working at Sutton is the worst. The culture is one of constant, continual panic: everything is an emergency and you are operating in the "red zone" at all times. You are basically only rewarded for being a robot--if you have a semblance of a personality you will go completely insane. It is not a company for creatives, and you are subtly encouraged to be more conservative and conformist. The company lacks of cultural diversity: there are virtually no staff who are LGBTQ or people of color. The women themselves can be sexist towards each other. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

The company has good clients

Cons

Terrible management, miserable and overworked people, abusive managers, environment of terror, no real training opportunity. Managers and directors are incompetent, not transparent and they treat people in the worst imaginable way. The company promotes and supports terrible work ethics based on lack of communication, trust and encouragement. Don’t ever apply for jobs at Sutton, it’s a trap.
