You'll be expected to work overtime with little or no notice. If you don't, it will be viewed negatively. The expectation is unreasonably high. The wage is usually below market rate. As a result, staff turnover is higher than most. If you decide to apply then you must know, going in, that to be successful you'll have to forego any reasonable kind of workalike balance.
