      1. You can learn new things 2. Good for freshers

      Cons

      1. No any employee benefits 2. you can take only 1 leave in a month 3. In time fix not out time 4. Not allow to take leave even you ill 5. If you take leave then they will cut you salary and you have to work on week end to complete the wok. 6. If you take the leave then mgmt will ask are you looking outside.
