      Pros

      MD is very knowledgeable and supportive towards work and new ideas but on the same hand doesn't stick on his own words.

      Cons

      HR is not supposed to be said as HR No professionalism HR is just like a babu (the word used by HR to office people) No sense on how to talk with employees. There own employees do fraud with them.
