For a company who supply services to mental health organisations it’s disgusting to work for . Managers are not bothered about workers and don’t listen to their them at all which can affect their mental health they are only interested in performance and how the company come across . Managers treat staff differently it’s one rule for one and one rule for another some workers get away with anything and are given so many privileges compared to others .

- Management and HR stick together like flies to turd even when they know they are in the wrong - Any efforts to criticise HR/management will result in being shunned for job opportunities - SSL makes claims of promising to offer training et cetera, but you will just end up being exploited with nothing being offered in return - Certain employees, especially of certain ethnic backgrounds, choose "their own kind" even if they don't have adequate experience that is suitable for the job
