Pros
It's a great company to work if you are self-sufficient, ambitious and enjoy a freedom of choice. The company trusts your decision-making skills and generally supports you. Very flat hierarchy in the company allows easy communication with pretty much anyone. Nice compensation and vacations. Great health and dental insurance.
Cons
It should be expected to receive a night phone call if your team is responsible for any issue. If you are learning and require a lot of guidance - I wouldn't advise on taking any manager-level position here. No 401k match
