      Expore to B School. Fixed working hours. Perfomance Bonus. Decent Appraisal

      Cons

      1) Closed minded people 2) Resistant to change 3) Can ask you to change your role than what you were hired for. 4) Stagnated growth 5) Gross Salary is reduced to 50% if you wfh ( mentioned in their policy) 6) No cross functional collaboration. Only follow hierarchy. 7) no ownership of errors. Buck passed to mid and lower managment

      Pros

      President is the driving force behind the business.

      Cons

      President drives the academic side of the school like it's a business despite having zero academic experience. President is incapable of identifying good people and allowing them to do their job. It is not a global business school. It is an Indian business operating in four international locations. Success at SP Jain is reserved for sycophants.
