      Pros

      Jackie has the ability to convince truly amazing people to work at this company, so the only pro I can think of is the people you will meet.

      Cons

      Jackie is the main issue with the company and the reason it seems impossible to grow at the company. You’ll see this is a running theme if you ever find yourself employed by shhhowercap. Her narcissistic and sociopathic tendencies are shocking, unprofessional and toxic. All in one day, you can expect to see/hear the following: begging for compliments, encouragement and praise, berating and using unprofessional language and phrases towards employees , Jackie crying, speaking in circles to cover up the truth, blaming absolutely everything and everyone for everything that is going wrong (even though the central issue is clearly her lack of timeliness, funds, or both), generally inappropriate conversation, racially questionable comments, irrational reactions to anything from a normal word you used that she feels is insensitive to not saying what she wants to hear at a given time, and false promises relating to HR issues (there is no HR person or team).

      We're not sure what to say on this one. It seriously crosses a line for all of us. We've reported this "review" multiple times and are truly concerned that Glassdoor would leave a review up that labels a female founder's mental health in such a vindictive and defamatory way. If you feel this strongly, we're deeply apologetic. It sounds like you're really hurt. Remember that your remarks don't impact our Founder but, they directly impact everyone who benefits from the continued success of the company. Many others. We'd appreciate if you take a second look for a more fair approach through your lens without the labels.

      Not many pros except the product itself...

      Cons

      toxic environment. slave labor. ridiculous hours. Being promised fair compensation after months of unpaid work only to be offered a disappointing, insulting offer and then guilt-tripped that I wouldn't find anything better and was leaving the company in a lurch.

      toxic leader pushes employees to brink

      Pros

      the team is smart, driven and collaborative.

      Cons

      The leader uses gaslighting techniques manipulate the team then justifies her actions as being for the business, but it's 1000% for her ego. Customers are prioritized when it comes to sales then immediately de-prioritized when it comes to delivering them product. It's a traumatic and triggering environment. Don't work here, it's not worth it.
